Every order leaves our warehouse carefully checked and in our signature packaging — ready to be gifted, even to yourself. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your package is on its way.

REFUND
After receipt and inspection, we will refund the purchase amount to your original payment method — usually within a few days.

Please return the items unworn, with all labels and intact hygiene protection in the original packaging.

Register your return via our customer portal — you only need your login details.

SEND
Stick the return label on the package and drop it off at a UPS store of your choice. Keep the proof of delivery.

TRIAL & HYGIENE
Please try on swimwear over your own underwear and keep the hygiene protection and all labels attached. Items with removed hygiene protection cannot be returned for health protection reasons. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected — you can find the details in our Withdrawal information.

GOOD TO KNOW
The quickest way to your desired size: Order the item in the correct size again and send the first one back. This way, your new piece is already on its way while the return is being processed.
The portion paid with the gift card will be refunded to you as new gift card credit, any remaining amount to the additional payment method used.
Yes. Simply enter your parcel station along with the postal number as the delivery address at checkout.
We are sorry. Please document the damage with a photo if possible and contact us via our contact form. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or refund. Your statutory rights for defects apply without restriction.
Currently, we deliver to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the European Union. Customs duties and import taxes may apply for deliveries to Switzerland, which are not included in our prices.
